The card received a shake-up as AZM vs. Starlight Kid for the High-Speed Championship was scrapped due to illness, forcing a change. The main event did see the Wonder of Stardom Championship on the line as Saya Kamitani attempted to tie the defense record of Momo Watanabe at 13.
