Jay Lethal Suffers An Injury During Ring Of Honor's 'War Of The Worlds' Tour

One of the staples in Ring Of Honor goes down with an injury.

Ring Of Honor announced yesterday morning that 17-year veteran of the pro wrestling game and former ROH World Champion Jay Lethal suffered an injury during a six-man tag team match at Ring Of Honor's 'War Of The Worlds' show in Toronto.

Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline provided an update on Jay Lethal noting that the injury occurred during the six-man tag team match consisting of the trio; EVIL, SANADA & Hiromu Takahashi taking on Lethal, Kenny King and Colt Cabana. The site notes that the injury happened when Lethal attempted to hit a "sunset-flip power-bomb" to the floor and he had memory issues following the match. Lethal is said to be doing better today than he was last night but he did not compete at last night's 'War Of The Worlds' show in Royal Oak, Michigan in fear that he may have suffered a mild concussion. Jay Lethal was scheduled to compete in a four-way match in Royal Oak against Marty Scurll, Kenny King, and Matt Taven. But one-half of the current IWGP Tag Team Champions SANADA replaced Lethal in the four way.
